At United Care Perfumes, we strive to provide the best products to our customers, and we understand that there may be instances when you may need to return or exchange a product. Our return policy includes the following terms:
Returnable Products
You can return products if they are:
Unopened and unused.
In their original condition (including packaging and accessories).
Purchased directly through our website.
Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to return the product.
Return Conditions
Products must be unused, in their original condition with all accessories.
Products that have been used or opened cannot be returned.
Gift cards or discounted products (special offers) cannot be refunded.
Return Process
To return a product:
Contact our customer service at info@unitedcare.ae and mention the order number and the product you wish to return.
You will be provided with instructions on how to return the product.
Once the product has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your return request.
Refund
Once your return is approved, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method you used to place your order.
It may take up to 7-14 business days for the refund to appear on your bank account or card.
Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for shipping the returned items, unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange the item, please contact our customer service at info@unitedcare.ae and we will assist you with the exchange process subject to availability.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work to replace it or provide a full refund.
